you need to do an on-line reservation.
Please be aware that cancellations are only possible
if they are done at latest 2 hours before the planned slot.

To become a user

Sign the agreement
Download, read and sign 2 copies of the contract, and return one of them to us.

Request an Username and Password
Complete the registration form. The Username should be as P_DUPONT: 1 to 3 letter(s) for the first name + full surname; an underscore in between and all in capital letters.

Reserve what you need
Once your request is accepted, you can reserve on-line the instrument you need.
Simply go to the reservation page employing your Username and Password and choose the time slots.
