The Bioimaging Platform is offering help at different levels:
- advice for experimental approach and design for cell imaging
- guidance for sample preparation (immunostaining or in situ hybridization)
- supervision and guidance for the use of the confocal and widefield fluorescence microscopes, and help with electron microscopy
- data analysis and quantification
The platform is equipped with bench space that is available to users of the platform.

The following techniques are currently established at the Bioimaging Platform and available to download:
• single and multicolor imaging of fixed specimen
• single and multicolor live cell imaging
• FRET
• FRAP
Methods for ultrastructural analysis of cells and tissues are established at the Bioimaging Platform. In addition we offer different pre- and post-embedding immunolabeling protocols.
For these services, details and prices are available upon request. ›› E-mail
